Oft-times after a heavy spill, or while cleaning with soap and water, residue can build up and clog your burner. Simply remove grill, burner cap & silver piece, look under silver piece and locate the slot on the outer rim, directly behind it you will see a notch.

With either a pin or toothpick gently clean out any debris that may have built up. Next locate the igniter next to burner, with a dry cloth push down gently and make sure its clean and dry.
